Good morning, class! Unfortunately, I can't be with you during today's lesson. Like you have done before, you are going to decide what to work with from a few choices.  You need to pick... 
  • one starter, 
  • at least one main course, 
  • and dessert if you finish your main course.

Pick one (or two if there is time) and spend 10-15 minutes at the beginning of the lesson with this. 


Main courses 

This activity should take most of the lesson. 

Option one:

Option two: 
Work with readtheory.org 
Your login is the first letter of your first name, and your last name, all in one word (for example: jsvensson). The password is Smarties2 (don't forget the capital s) 


Option three: 

Pick one of the texts in this section: http://learnenglishteens.britishcouncil.org/uk-now/read-uk that looks interesting. Do the activities for it and answer the Discussion question in a Google document that you share with me. Write and explain as much as you can. 

Dessert
